Meet the Team

All classes are taught by this dynamic duo, Taylor and Megan. They are sisters who share a love and passion for childbirth education as well as the fourth trimester. As mom’s themselves they know how to take the evidence based research and make it come to life based on their own 10+ years of experience. Click the “+” icons below to learn more about the two.

  • Hi I am Taylor and I have been a Labor and Delivery Nurse for over 10 years. I spent the first 3 years of my career at Vanderbilt Medical Center on the Labor and Delivery floor. After the birth of my 1st daughter, I transitioned to working at the Vanderbilt Birth Center and have been there ever since.

    I am a Mom to three amazing kids ages 7, 5, and 2. Our family loves to travel and be outdoors and I am grateful to be married to a man who is along for all of my adventures!

    I have birthed in the hospital, birth center, and a planned home-birth. I love to combine personal experience with evidence based research to empower parents in their own birth stories.


  • Hi there! After attending many births for friends and family, I studied to receive my Doula certification as a way to learn more about a very inherent passion. I have had the privilege of supporting dozens of clients since 2020 in the birth space.

    My fourth child was born in June 2024 and he has the greatest siblings ever ages 2, 4, and 6. Yes I know, my hands are full. My joy for motherhood is my "why" for birth education--I truly believe being empowered in the birth space leads to being empowered as a new Mom and I hope each and every one our clients feels that way.
