“Your content was incredibly helpful. Followed the 3/1/1 rule to a tee and showed up to hospital dilated to 5 and 80% effaced. Used the various positions you showed us and coping ladders. Made a couple killer playlists that we used throughout. The class was worth every penny in our eyes!”
“Of all the birth classes you can take in Nashville, this one is SO special. A business run by sisters, they truly make you feel like part of their family. Taylor and Megan are a wealth of knowledge and leave you feeling so much more confident that however your birth goes (to plan, or not) you’ll have all the tools necessary to advocate for yourself and your baby.”
“I would & have recommend this class to EVERYONE I know who is having a baby! I didn’t know anything about these ladies other than what I read on their website and they absolutely blew me away with this class! Not only did I feel more confident about my decisions I was making about my birth “plan” but my support partner & I felt so on the same page after this class!
There’s so much information out there and it can be so overwhelming but Megan & Taylor are the perfect balance of sharing factual information and so much amazing experience! This class is longer than some but they cover so much stuff and it was so nice to knock it all out in a day with our crazy schedules! They really did tailor the class to everyone’s needs and answered any questions the group had. They even offered support for anyone that had questions or needed resources after the class. The booklet you go through during the class was so informational and I’m constantly looking back through it.
If you are searching for a birth education class, pick this one!”
“I highly recommend Be Birthwise! My partner and I took their in person class when I was 31 weeks pregnant. They bring a wealth of knowledge, engaging, and create a welcoming environment that informs parents regardless of what type of birth and feeding journey. We touched on all of the topics I was hoping for. Our goal was to leave the class feeling informed about the spectrum of what could happen, the decisions we would likely need to make, and how/when to advocate for ourselves and this class gave us everything and more!”
“Oh man, where to even begin!! My husband and I could not be more grateful for this experience. We are expecting our first child, and we left this class feeling so much more confident, empowered, and connected to each other than we ever could have hoped for from a birth class. Taylor and Megan were able to share their wealth of knowledge in a way that felt easy to understand and absorb even in a season when there are a million things running through my pregnant brain at any given moment. We both walked away feeling more prepared to advocate for ourselves during the delivery process which was one of our main goals. They were also just so fun and cool and we didn’t want to stop hanging with them for the day!! We are SO grateful and will be recommending this class to anyone we know having a baby!!”
“My wife and I attended this class recently. It was an excellent overview of the birth and postpartum process. Both Taylor and Megan were excellent educators. The class is a great balance between medical education, practical experience, and personal advice that relieved much of our stress. I would recommend this class to any expecting parents.”
