Non-Refundable Policy

While the class fee is non-refundable, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to reschedule, please contact us within 72 hours of the originally scheduled class.

Rescheduled classes must be attended within one month of the initially scheduled date, subject to availability in the desired class. We appreciate your understanding and timely communication.

Birth Partner Requirement

It is mandatory to attend the class with a designated birth partner of your choice. This ensures optimal participation and support during the sessions.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot in the class. Registrations are considered complete only upon receipt of payment.

Punctuality

Doors will be locked at the scheduled class start time. Participants are required to arrive at least 5 minutes early to ensure a prompt and smooth commencement of the class.

Confidentiality and Judgement-Free Space

The class provides a confidential and judgement-free space for all participants. Respect the privacy and experiences of others within the group. Any information shared during the class should be treated with utmost confidentiality.
